By accessing or purchasing from www.zeh.ae (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Zeh is a fashion brand based in the UAE, specialising in Modest fashion, modern and traditional abayas and custom clothing. All transactions and activities on this website are conducted in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under UAE law.

3. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and VAT are calculated at checkout
• We accept payments through secure payment gateways (such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash on delivery, if available).
• Zeh reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

5. Custom Orders

We offer custom sizing and personalised designs upon request. Please note:

• Custom orders take 1–2 months to complete.
• They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• All custom orders are considered final sale.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UAE and internationally. Estimated delivery times and fees will be displayed at checkout. Zeh is not responsible for customs delays or import duties outside the UAE.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items not eligible for return:

• Custom-made items
• Sale or discounted products
• Items damaged due to misuse

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, images, product designs, and visuals, is the property of Zeh or its licensors and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from Zeh.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
