1. Order Processing Time
All custom-made orders are:
- Ready-made items: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days
- Custom-made orders: Processing and production take 4–8 weeks, as each piece is handmade to order
You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if available).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted courier partners:
- UAE Deliveries: Estimated 1–3 business days
- GCC Countries: Estimated 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: Estimated 5–14 business days, depending on destination
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier service.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. For some locations, shipping rates may be shared via WhatsApp or email before confirming your order.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of your country.
⚠️ All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Zeh has no control over these fees and is not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact details, and postal code are accurate when placing an order. Zeh is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Zeh is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Strikes, holidays, or force majeure events
- Courier-related disruptions
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier’s website.
