Return and Refund Policy

At Zeh, each piece is designed with care, quality, and elegance. We value your satisfaction and aim to offer a smooth and transparent return process. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
1. Custom Orders – No Returns or Exchanges
All custom-made orders are:
- Non-refundable
- Not eligible for return or exchange
Custom abayas are handmade to your specifications. Please ensure measurements and style details are accurate before confirming your order.
2. Ready-Made Orders – Return for Store Credit Only
For ready-made abayas, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original condition and packaging
- Returns are eligible only for store credit (issued as a Zeh Gift Card)
- No cash refunds will be issued
3. Gift Card Issuance
Once your return is approved and received:
- You’ll receive a digital gift card (store credit) equal to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping)
- Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any item on our website or via WhatsApp orders
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Items marked as final sale or discounted
- Damaged items caused by misuse, improper care, or alterations
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or credit if necessary.
6. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
